Trade for a Focus

I have an automatic 2008 sedan with 55k miles on the clock. I really, really want a manual. How hard is it going to be to trade it for a manual coupe with little to no cash involved?

Good luck but find one with same or higher mileage. Maybe even a base modle s coup. You know the dealer going to want to make some money.

autos are "worth" more it is just a matter of finding a manual available. Also depends on if you are financing or paying cash.

Difficult to find a manual as well.

I had a dealership contact me earlier with an "s" model, mine is an "se". I think it had about 49k miles and an 08 as well. He wanted my sedan for his sedan + a few thousand. Guess we'll have to check it out haha

Take all your mods off and put your stock stuff back on hope you have it all. Then its time to wheel and deal. Six thousand mile's is not worth two grand yours is an SE with auto!!! that cost more. You may be able to get it down to a grand though just rember this is what you want 5 speed but the dealer see's money thay can make off your car plus get some out of your pocket too. Good luck play your cards right you may have your MTX

True that :). I have all the stock stuff in my garage aside from the exhaust, I'll have to see if I can pick one up from someone on here. And a right side tail light cause the other one was cracked. It won't be a few months until I actually have a liquid enough bank account to wheel and deal haha

And the sucky part is that most people that do have a stick really won't even consider trading for an auto. So yeah you'd have to go about trying to get your best bet with a dealer or used car company.
