Sorry to bug y'all, but I am trying not to manhandle and break my headlight here.

How does one realease the wiring harness as seen here:

Nevermind. I got it. Just take a flat head screwdriver and press back on the tab. Then you can work the connector loose.

Push that tab in and pull. You may have to pull hard. Just don't pull on the wires

lucky I nearly destroyed my harnesses swapping out my headlights that clip part on top just broke once I put a screw driver in there. but when all was done both harnesses still "LOCKED IN" so guess all is well as long as i never have to take them off again lol!
