will be starting on my box build today, hopefully i will get it done but watching a 4 and 1 year old while doing it wont be easy.

so i only need some more speaker wire untill its up and running and i needs to put some sealant around all the inside corners to make sure its nice and air tight but here are 2 pics while we were making it.
test fitting everything and getting all the holes pre drilled for the screws.  more test fitting

ton of screws and glue. then i used liqued nails along all the corners inside the box. still gotta get another 6-7 feet of speaker wire and then im trading my xbox for 17 feet of red rockford 1/0 guage 5 feet of black yellow top and battery terminal peices that have a voltage readout on them. might not be 100% accurate but its a good deal for me.

the box would barely fit. had to take out the side trim put the box in and then put the trim back. now i have to take the trim off slide the box onto the back seat put the speakers in slide it back into the trunk put the trim back and then hook it up to the amp. will have more pictures of it later today.

I would take some time to add some rounded corners inside the box, especially where the port has that 90 degree angle...it may help with getting better output and doesn't take but an extra 15 minutes to do. Looks good though

the inside of the port already has rounded edges and im just waiting for a nicer day (tuesday/wednesday hopfully ) to round the other edges of the port and maybe even the top edges of the box.

i got everything to fit ( amp,cap,battery ) right back into the trunk even with this huge box. will post a short vid on youtube and post it up here later, having a few small issues.
