Car wont start with tune

Okay, so my car will obviously not start. I uploaded the tune from Randy, start car, runs for about 3 seconds then quits. Won't restart. Not sure whats wrong. My plugs are gapped to .032 as directed, injectors are right size for the tune. It should be getting spark, fuel and air.

It ran before i put this tune in, not properly but it did run. Now nothing, possibly too rich and its flooding out or what. Any ideas.

Thanks
