Yeah thats what I thought. I thought maybe I put that top cap on wrong or something or maybe it loosened itself up.

CAI, header, flex-back exhaust, lowering kit, proper alignment and tire inflation, shifting when the little orange light tells me to, Setting the cruise control for 70. Basically shifting like an old person makes a huge difference. That was interstate btw. On the way to Indiana to sell the kona rack, I got 37 and I sat in traffic for awhile and part of that was going through the city. lol Ohio is super flat so hopefully I will do better!

Yep! Thats the big one. When I bought my car I was only getting 29 mpg. which I thought was great, because my last car got 27 mpg when I was trying. My goal was to reach 30, and I hit it a few times by shifting slow. Then on the interstate I got 32 or so. The CAI helped the most, that bumped me up to 35 on the interstate. Most people say they only see 1-2 mpg increase with a CAI, but I saw more like 3-4. Not sure if its because the heat shield for the FSwerks CAI makes a big difference, or if my car is special. lol

I got called in to work, but only for a few hours. So that sets me back on some things I was about to work on for my bike and car. lol Oh well, I will be on tomorow probably to let you all know how it went.

meh i don't like driving like an old person. at least for a full tank

maybe i'll see what i can do with the fs intake. it's not actually "cold air" and it's only the itg cone with a heatshield. so i dunno. i wanted an AEM cai.

Yeah I always felt like I paid way too much for mine. I bought it new straight from FSwerks.

Small update again! Ebay tricked me. Found a euro grill that was just added, and it said it was 10 euros and the shipping was 6 euros. And it said ships worldwide. So I was like alright for about $20 I get a euro grill! So I bought it. But then its like, change your address or ask the seller about shipping. I was like whaa? lol So now, if the guy is like oh yes, the shipping is 100 euros, wont I have to pay it since I already hit buy it now? Meh.

Well normally it says shipping varies, and I ask them. This time it said shipping was 6 Euros, so I figured that meant for everyone. Guess that was only a UK rate.

I bought the grill so everyone knows. It was more than I would have liked, but oh well. I am about to sell alot of stuff here soon anyways.

Yep she does!
Everything that I wanted to get done got done. The torque mount took forever. The bolt was rusted. torched half of it off, then the rest of the bolt wa stuck in the dogbone. So yep kept torching, then the rubber on the dogbone caught on fire. It wouldnt go out, got the fire extinguisher and to our surprise we found out it didnt work. Eventually it went out. lol It was small, but I still hated seeing a fire on my car. lol Eventually we got all of that done, and I checked out the tube. didnt find any holes. The reverse light was fairly simple. One clip, just slipped right in. We cut the connector down and just ran mini butt connectors to the pins for anyone who has to do the same thing. Then punched a hole in part of the metal to hold the chicken bands. I can post pics if need be. Oh and the yellow on the fogs came right off, took 5 minutes. So it was a very productive day. Next is the spoiler. :D

I remember seeing a link everyone was talking about. It was the mesh ghia grill I think? I thought they were only $40 shipped to my door. I had it on my watch list for months, and deleted it. Of course now I want one, but I couldnt find it. I would say I basically paid a factory price. Like I said the grill was only 10 euros, but the guy charged me 25 euros to ship it. Meh. So it was like $57. :/ I am the type of guy that only buys something if its a really good deal. I try not to buy something only because I want it, but rather that its so good of a deal it would be hard to pass up. Know what I mean? I work at a gas station, live with my parents and pay for everything I do. So I try to put my car far down on my spending list... :D haha

I will try to get pics in a bit. I have alot to do to get ready for Cleveland and I am going to work around noon.
