Pioneer App Radio 2 install (my mind may be blown)

OK, got the radio, that was easy. Have the Android and HD accessories. Know I need a dash bezel.
This is where it gets fun and I just can't wrap my mind around it all. There are so many Axxess and Metra accessories for this car. I don't even know what 80% of them are and the other 20% I don't even know if I need...lol

I just want to install it, have it work with my droid (its on the approved list), the GPS to work and the BT to work.

So, here are my questions...

This is an 09 SE btw without SYNC and without steering wheel controls.

Do I need the 12V to 5V step down? I had to install it in my mustang so I assuming it's all Fords. :dunno:

Amazon refuses to believe this fits an 09 Focus but, I think I need it..

Or do I need this one instead? The above one needs a junction box it says in the description, this one doesn't. But I don't even have navigation (NAV..i'm guessing), it does it thru the GPS and an app.

This is where my mind started melting...

Or do I need this one that has the sub connector on it?

Here's that box that has to be used with the first harness I posted..

I did feel kind of smart though cause I knew I needed this...
