Is my battery dying?

I've had my Se Sport for 28 months. For the last 2-3 weeks, the car would crack sluggishly when I turn the key for ignition. This morning when I tried to start my car, all the power went out. However, when I turned the key off, took out the key, reinserted the key, then tried starting the car, there was just enough power to start the car. I drove the car for about five miles, turned off the car, then tried restarting it and it worked, albeit the start occurred lethargically. This to me sounds like the battery is losing its juice but I am wondering whether 28 months is too short for the battery to go out on me. Is there a warranty on this? I have put 38K on the car so far.

There's already been a thread created about this issue- check it out here.

Hopefully you're able to get it replaced.

Hey valmundo,

Have you been to the dealer for this concern? Let me know; I'll look into available options.
