i use the mothers back to black on my wifes wranglers fender flares and it really does make them look nice again. but like others said it doesnt last long enough. just make it apart of your normal wash wax routine.

I have used back to black in the past and it works well. I found that it attracted alot of dust.

Yeah I just kinda made it a habit as part of a detail wash to always back to black the black bumper trims even if there is no residue or dirt stains on them. Just as a protective layer and an addition to wax & shine.

The best product for restoring black trim is Forever Black Trim Dye!

http://www.amazon.com/Forever-Black-...3154262&sr=8-1

It restored my trim to pure black and hasn't faded yet.

Same here...looks good but come back an hour later and it seems like it attracted every dust particle around!

I love this stuff... I have noticed if you use a little it still absorbs and turns it a nice new look black but doesnt leave a oily residue. excessive amount yes it will but just wipe it off. cleaned my whole engine bay and has been clean for weeks. Drive it 3 days a week and all i have to do it just wipe it down, no need to reapply.
