First hand wash before and after 2012

I have not handwashed my cars before, I always lived in an apartment where I didnt have an option to, so my car has been somewhat neglected, It was washed by the dealer and I have washed twice in the last 16 months. I have a DA polisher that comes on monday, so for now I just have my before shots.

If you are getting a DA, I would recommend getting the Meguiars DA Microfiber Correction system. I normally used 6 in orange CCS pads but saw just okay results, with the MF it was WAY easier and EXCELLENT results. If you need any suggestions let me know

Do you have to use the meguiars compounds with it?

I thought about getting them, but I don't have anything really deep so I didn't think I needed that level of cutting power. I guess I will see after I finish and can get them if there are spots that dont come out, I probably will need them for when I do my girlfiriends car, that has much worse damage and hail damage.

My griots DA came today, so I will be using a DA for all of it.

After polish and wax. The DA polisher was tougher to use than I thought because of the body lines on this car.

thanks, yeah plastidip should be here on tuesday, so depending on how many mistakes I make should be ready in 2 weeks. I am not doing the spoiler like i did in forza, otherwise it should be roughly the same.

The hardest thing I am doing is trying to get the wheels to have a red lip without damaging the black plastidip
