Just curious, but why did you go with the 6x9's?

and make sure you set up a cross over on the speakers. neither set is made to play below about 70Hz. don't wanna damage them pumping bass into them.

I believe I'm going to have to trim a little form them to fit

Ill have to adjust my head unit

better bet (and less work) would be to exchange them for some 6x8's or 6 1/2. 6 1/2 will sound better and you don't have to cut up the car.

Its a little more than cutting foam too. It would be pretty extensive to try and get 6x9's in there. imo it would be more work than its worth.
