The Mid West Boredom Thread

I probably applied my body weight in sun screen over the weekend. We were at the park from open to just about close Saturday and Sunday. I spent way too much time in the sun over the weekend. I was so fatigued each night it wasn't even funny.

That sucks! I'm still kinda recovering from this past weekend, but I'm so ready to go back! I got asked today if I went to a tanning bed and I said no. The girl was like "well that ain't fair. you're dark and don't have to go to a tanning bed". I was like well okay then. Ain't my fault I tan easily...

i'm the same way. one day in the sun and i'm dark. my wife went tanning almost every day for three weeks before and she barely had anything.

my thing was always that I can tan just walking to the car.

i still wanna move to the lake and open a shop there and a restaurant/bar/event hall.

Yea. Spend 30 minutes outside and come back a shade or two darker. It's nice really!

The Lake of course. The ozarks!

would like to have a shop doing boat work. custom stereo, upholstery, minor fiberglass repairs and whatnot. do custom car work too.

then a restaurant/bar. three levels. bottom level enclosed for all weather events, middle level open sides with screens, and top level is an open deck. that way you can do anything there at any time.

the issue is that it's a seasonal destination for most so gotta find a good way to keep business all year round. i don't want a business that you can only do 5 months of the year.

Well, no word on if I got the new job or not, but this next week will be amazing! Going to the lake again Tuesday & Wednesday then going to an off road park for an event called Trucks Gone Wild Saturday & Sunday! (:
