its not the lens that peels man your missing the point... When you remove the protective film (which is what peels) there is nothing there to peel. Then you can use either laminx film or just UV protectant like the one posted here that i use.

Right that protctive flm peels off. What does that film protect? The UV protectant will protect it from sun and thats it.

It is just a UV protectant and scratch protector. I have a brand new set of the very light tint laminx that is made for the 08-11 shape headlight i never used if you want to buy them. I never got around to putting them on and fear I never will. I'm just too busy.
Laminx is by far the best way to protect them, i have it on my fogs. It is very thick and i have even heard people that hit stuff that should have broke the light and it didnt because the laminx plus its a UV protectant.
PM me on that if your interested. I never even opened the package lol
Comes with all the install stuff and instructions. Here is a link for you:
http://www.lamin-x.com/Ford-Focus-08...ers-p/f026.htm
Here is a image of the color, it is the lightest tint so it does not affect your light output enough to even be able to tell. especially if your running hids. Just gives you that cool look
