I wonder if it will stick to the rubber back of the led strip and then onto the metal on my car.

Now for the front strip, it will be mounted on plastic that it has under the bumper.

i know, here in TX, if you can see the bulbs emitting the light, they are considered illegal. but if they are mounted properly and you just see the glow, they are fine.

Really? I didn't know that. Even blue and red can glow if the bulbs aren't showing?

I also used the 3M double sided tape. It worked like a charm! :)

any color can be used "for show purposes only"
red and blue might get you in trouble with the police (as those colors are to be used ONLY by emergency vehicles)

any other color shouldnt get you introuble.

red and blue are legal in texas as long as they do not flash. But at the end of the day any cop can be an and give you a ticket for anything that can be considered a "distraction" to other drivers because it could cause a wreck. Haha this is bull cause there are much bigger issues at hand on our roads

lol im with you on this 3m tape is a badddd idea. There are tons of areas you can zip tie them to man. The frame is a prime place and has spots that you can put the tie through
