I agree. When I buy something off of a website, I expect to get exactly what's shown in the picture.

That's their bad, and a buyer shouldn't be expected to do tons of research to try and legitimize what the site is selling them.

you don't research things before you buy them? I know I do. I check at least 4 places that sell the item, mainly to find the best deal but a discrepancy in pictures would have been noticed if that was done and the answer could have been found before placing the order.

Okay guys, I don't want to see this grow into a argument.

It all comes down to false advertisement.

Yea I could have done this or I could have done that to double check them, but I shouldn't have to, and that's it, anything else is your opinion.

To tell you the truth, I am usually a guy who does do research, and checks everything over with a fine tooth pick, but this time I got caught, simple mistake, but still false advertisement.

@ the op, you received exactly what was described I don't get the issue here. It seems to me that you are the one trying to rip off the company for not using an exact picture. The link you clicked says "prothane trailing arm bushings - $x.xx/each" why wouldn't you expect the amount of bushings needed to complete the job?!

So when you purchase a part from a large company that uses a generic photo because they offer said part for nearly every make and model you expect to receive a part that doesn't fit your car? Tons of research isn't required here, just common sense.

Look up a set of Baer rear brakes for '00-'04 #1262003. Thats the pic of a set of front brakes not rear. Just saying. Some places use a generic pic for the product.
