ford focus light sensor

hi

where does the location of the ford focus 2012 light's sensors for the auto light?

i want to stick black glue on them that they will be on forever when i start on the car (even in the day)

i will be glad if someone will take a picture with his smartphone and will upload here a photo with the location of the light sensor

i didnt understand you well, can you take picture of this place and upload here?

Also, did you mean the bump (protrusion) near the windshield? i covered it today and even though the auto light didnt turn on in daylight? are you sure?

a picture will be helpfull

You don't need a picture. It's the black bump in the middle of the dash by the windshield as you were told. We're all sure. I almost get the impression you're trolling.

That bump is, indeed, the sensor. I have a Ford SuperDuty that I did it with. I used electrical tape to cover it up, and it doesn't take much of a light leak for it to not work like you want. You have to be VERY thorough.

I have a tan trim in the SuperDuty and found tan electrical tape somewhere along the line. You can barely notice the tape job. Once in a while life deals you mandarin oranges instead of lemons.
