Get a custom tune its safer. Get a roll of gasket material and make ur own gaskets.

Just like Demented said, Get a roll of gasket paper and make your own gaskets. For tuning I would take it to a local tuning shop or have Tom send you custom tunes. As for the BBK you will have to look around the forums for a used one. It took me awhile to find the bbk pulley but they are out there. If and when you get the bbk pulley your going to have to upgrade the injectors and get a smaller belt which is easy to do. The hard part will be finding the bbk pulley. The black box that says jr is the stock tuning software that came with the jrsc when you buy it new.

What is the diameter of the BBK pulley? There are a number of places that will turn a custom pulley on a lathe for you.

Yeah agree with above. DO your own gaskets and definately go with tom.

I will be pulling my SC Off in about 1-2 weeks and selling it if your interested in waiting that long.

-JRSC Zetec
-BBK
-3" intake piping
-CFM65mm Throttle body
-custom modded intake airbox
-custom modified SVT snorkel (bigger flow)
-OBX racing (4-2-1) extractors
-OBX Adjustable Cam gears
-Smaller SC pulley for approx 2-4 more PSI (well within the limits of the SC)
-AEM truBoost guage
-AEM Air Fuel Ratio Guage
+ 2 items i am not allowed to list.

PM me for more details

Asking for 2000 Australian for it.

I will be creating a For sale thread for it when i take it off the car. Technically not for sale yet but it will definatly be comming off the car very soon.

For an SVT BBK pully you can use the stock pully from a ZETEC JRSC. Its the same size. Only difference is that it's black and not cool blue color.
