that's very cool, and a great idea. did you have to add to the existing LED positive wires to reach the fuse box? also the remote wire to the fuse box for the subs?

well i had the stereo professionally installed.
i ran that extender from the back of my radio to there.
and yeah, i tapped into a fuse for the power. i made up my own wiring for them, as they are simply 2 wires , then the led box then two wires out the other end.

grounded them at one of the bolts in the rear of the center console.

hmm, i will probably just use my oem console and drill holes where the eap seat warmer buttons would be. i like that idea though. i'm not a good enough electrician nerd to do it myself so i'll probably get it professionally installed aswell.

well i had a problem in my other car with the positive cable for my LED strip being too short.

what if you just made a jumper for it?
if i was closer to you, i would be willing to help you with it.

and i'm currently going through the process of hiding as much wiring as possible under the carpets, instead of popping out the center console.

and best words of advice, and i'm sure you know them...
measure 12312 times, cut once.
