Second that on the jack3d. I have taken no explode and super pump. Even though they taste pretty good and get you hyper as hell jack3d puts you in the zone. It is also packed with beta alanine

I've tried: 1MR, White Flood, and pre-workout Ignition and 1MR is definitely my favorite.
White Flood is definitely the cheapest (at the time I bought) per serving and is certainly good enough to help. I still have a ton of White Flood so that's what I'm currently using.

sup guys Im still new here lol, but I prefer to take jack3d. The 1,3 dimethylamine in it causes "stim dick" haha. "stim dick" is like having erectile disfunction for the rest of the day just because you wanna have a great workout. I have since stopped taking it and am losing a ton of strenght its crazy.

Prob reaction to the d1,3 in it.. A lot of people have issues with it... I wouldn't be surprised if it's banned by the FDA before too long... Has been banned (d1,3) in Australia and a few other places already as it's pretty much speed lol.

My fav pre-workout is prob Muscle Marinade (fresh fruit).. awesome stuff... on chest day and sometimes leg day I pop a 25mg cap of pure d1,3 lol.. I also mix in about 5g of citrulline-malate bulk powder into my pre-workout and take 6g of beta alanine, 6g of creatine, 6g of taurine, split into 3 doses evenly throughout the day.

For post workout I build my own protein/carb drink on trueprotine.com with 30% malto/30% dextrose/35% cold filtered whey protein/5% eaas... Still working on dialing in the best mixture tho! Awesome place to get protein from... if anyone orders from there feel free to use my coupon code for 5% off the entire order (code is WHG103).

You doing a carb-backloading diet? That post-workout drink is very similar to what I'd do, except mine was a bit more basic. Whey protein, some honey (dextrose) (squirt from the bottle in my gym bag ), creatine and caffeine.

Not really backloading... but, I like to refuel my carbs asap after my work out and the custom mixes are cheap and something I can pour into my bottle after my work out and drink as I drive home... Plus, I can select flavor and sweetener (stevia, truetein, etc). I think I paid like $35 for 5lbs or something of the mix.

jack3d has been banned and they are now reformulating it without the 1,3 dimethylamine. I remember back in january the jack3d was being takin off the shelves.
