Don't go to low off the bat. If so you might want to buy one of my skid plates.

I bottomed out driving up my friends girlfriends driveway today. Lol. I'm only half inch lower.

Sounds like you need better friends or an aluminum skid plate.

Resurrecting this thread from awhile ago! I have a few questions for you! For the vmaxx coilovers you have to reuse the top mount from the stock setup correct? As far as installation goes, how hard were they, and are there any tips or advice that you could give for installing them? Also, I know when you are installing springs you have to put everything back together exactly how it was when it was removed. Is there a certain way the top mount has to go or that not an issue with coilovers because you are replacing everything?? Thanks!

I reused the top mount. I didn't happen to see how the top mount was taking out. I don't know if I put them back like they were. The installation wasn't that hard. If you want to go "full low" or close to it be sure to take the helper spring out before install. Other than that, it's self explanatory.

Ok well that's good, so it is pretty much straight forward. Ok thanks! I will most likely be getting these soon!

And now that you have had them awhile do you still like them? Quality and ride still good?
