My April build Ti w/o moonroof seems okay. Could be better I guess. I assume the complaints are with windows up? Of course I have bad noise with windows down.

I am talking about windows up and moonroof closed. I wonder how many do not have the wind noise problem.

I would imagine that many people on the other end of the call simply havent told the FF owner how nad the call sounds...some here have also complained that sync commands are not understood by the car at speeds above 50 or 60mph...bad roads add a ton of background noise. So maybe those in the south with better roads dont get the road noise i do here in MI.

I agree!. People that claim their calls are just fine are either driving on some quiet road under 50mph or the person on the other end is just dealing with the background noise and not telling you how horrible it is. lol.

I also can confirm inputting a Nav Street address by voice over 60 is near impossible.

The problem is the Mic is not a Dual Mic config and there is no noise cancellation. That really surprises me that Ford would elect to go the cheap route here when it would seem to impact the My Ford Touch reliability / voice features. I just assumed with so much invested in MFT that they would have made sure to really isolate the Mic better from road noise. My cheap little Jabra Freeway BT Speakerphone even has Dual Mic Noise cancellation which is what I choose to answer phone calls with in my Car instead of Sync.
