Looks great but a little low out back, maybe raise it a few turns or so.

Very nice. Simple but striking look to the wheels. Too low for me otherwise.

Disagree.
At first I just was "how can this be a 2012 Focus..." Something was just so different.
Then it hit me, the rear is not tilted up in the rear like the stock Focus.
Once i realized what it was.. i like the car being 'straight' looking front to back.
The rear top no longer seems to just go straight back, rather it has an interesting slide downward, much more noted rear, and the taillights seem less prominent with that too.
I like it.

It would look tons better "level" not dragging ass, look at the fender to wheel ratio front to back. Some like that look, I am not one of them. Low is awesome but not when it looks like its towing an invisible trailer.
