Aftermarket ECU?

Hey, I accidently fried my original computer in the car so I am on the hunt for a replacemement. I looked thorugh scrap yards etc but no luck. The dealership would like $1200+ for a stock replacement so I am wondering if anyone knows of any aftermarket companies that make a replacement. If it is higher performance in any way then all the better! Thanks

Advance pep boys napa bennett all have stock replacements theres going to be a core charge though so you'd either have to pay the core charge if you dont have your cooked one with you or...have it with you and save the god knows how much they are going to charge you for your core.

$1200 for a stock ECU? sake get a haltech or a stand alone. itll probly be cheaper even with the cost of a tune.

That's $1200 Canadian, so about $800 U.S. Not sure what the exact conversion would be.

what year, trim level, engine, trans, and ecu code? (ecu code can be found on the passenger side near the lower hinge on the piller. small sticker, 6 digit) or pull the kick panel and its on the ecu. will be a number like 3s4a-le

actually canadian dollar is almost dollar to dollat with the american dollar.

The oem one has the code ZYF5 on it. I have a 2003 engine in my, 2001 ZX3 with its original manual tranny.
