Climate shows that it is off

When i have the radio on or Siruis on, the climate on the bottom right corner says that it is off, when in fact it is on

I have tried a master reset, which did not fix any ideas??

What is your current version of MFT?

knight... did you recently flash the SYNC MFT Gen2 V3.2.2 update? If so this is a common problem with that update. i personally didnt have this when i updated but a lot have. if you log into SMR look on the right side where it list all your confirmed updates and see what version it says right above that
