So a bone stock Duratec and your Turbo kit 350-400 HP to the wheels will live with no issues for years is that what your saying ?

I have always heard that the stock internals couldnt handle much over 12 psi of boost? Could be wrong but I dont want to find out by having a rod crash through my block.

Parts and labor yes for building the engine , does not cover install of the engine

You are correct the rods can be pushed to about 280 HP but wouldnt go a lot more then that , good safe # is 250
