im trying to set the rings now on the je pistons. im troubled to see the thicker ring if it goes on the top or in the middle of the piston?

Got the crankshaft in the oil pump in and piston n rod 1 and 4. My rear main seal gasket won't come out so I got to find someone to get it out for me tomorrow. Anybody got the torque specs on the arp rod bolts that come with the eagle rods?

There are only three piston rings right? Seems my je pistons box came with a lot more than that

are the connecting rods supposed to have a small gap when torqued down?

No they shouldn't, Did the rods were machine matched to the crank considering the bearings? Is even better a little looser than too tight, the bearings won't last.
