Got bored so I decided to see what the metalcast would look like on the FRPP kit.

Really sparkles in bright light

Thats sweet, I like it.

So just an update for anyone who cares, I've had mine on for over a year and probably about 25-30k miles. Still rights great, car doesn't bottom out like it used to, handles like the nice little car it is.

Shoulda came stock this way, but hey then you don't get to sell someone some parts right?

^i care! I just got done reading all 22 pages. Thinking about doing this next. Everyone keeps saying "lower your damn car!" I was worried about bumps and potholes around here, but sounds like it won't be a problem. Even better knowing it would be good on the car for a while! High, low, I don't care- I'm used to trucks, but better handling is what I I'd be after.

it doesn't lower it that much so you should be fine driving around. but it does make a big difference on handling and style.

You stalkin my posts? just kidding. Yeah- I was looking to do something moderate. Lots of options- longevity being one of the top concerns, and functionality. Don't want to have to mess with it all the time. This seems like the best option for what I want. Bolt up with no extra parts required is a major plus. Might do in the next month or so- can still find the springs some places. Just did new wheels, airaid, autolite 103's and a larger rear sway bar.

Haha, yeah, I figured.

Yeah, I know- they looked new- I had just wanted to feel what the difference was with the copper cores. The motorcraft ones are in the trunk just incase. I gotta say- the copper cores smoothed it out some, and I don't get the little jolt at speed when the ac compressor kicks on.

I got the team dynamics 1.2's in anthracite. Turned out the focal were all out of round, but these look pretty hot:- http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/s...=318486&page=5 haven't had time for a proper picture, but that's them. After getting them on though- yeah, needs to be a little lower, I don't know, looks less aggressive without the black wheels, lower should bring it back. These wheels are nice, the finish is sooo pretty.

I didn't either. Haha- I kept thinking it was the road or the missing weights on the wheels. Went and had an alignment done and asked them to balance the wheels... They showed me on the machine. I really liked the focals, but for the money, wanted to change it up and see what I thought. Almost got the konigs, but the fact these fit the hub and lugs like oem- really happy with them. Was real temped on the pro race 3's 5 spoke too- but they woulda taken forever to get here, next time.

Hey guys I'm about to buy this suspension kit. Does anyone think it is necessary to buy any other suspension parts like adjustable end links or control arms? I'm mainly looking at the massive adjustable end links to go along with the kit.
