Sure, a pm would be nice, but if I would have been in this group buy, I wood have been checking this thread every other day, since I would have been spending the money and all.

And just from speaking from exp with OTHER online business, you don't have to have customer service, you never see the customer face to face. There is no real world interaction.

I do know this. ED is a great company with great products. Without them, you would still only be dreaming about this bumper instead of them making it for you.

If he wants the bumper and you'll refund my full amount, he's welcome to it. No harm, no foul. Its not the bumper I have a problem with, anyway. Its your complete lack of accountability. If you're too busy to make that happen, I'll sell it after I get it.

I make an exception and allow you to use your wife's credit card and you still have the audacity to say that I haven't been helpful enough, simply because I did not send you a PM. I wonder if this would have been any different if this was your credit card and not your wife's??
