1.wet sand lights with 2000 grit and dishsoap.
2.spray niteshade with 5 mins in between coats.
3.clear right after with 2 minutes in between coats.
4.let dry overnight.
5.wetsand with 2000 grit and dishsoap until imperfections are out.
6.apply a scratch remover compound.i used meguiars scratch X2.0
7.buff

i used 2 coats of niteshade and about 5-6 coats of clear.

Thanks for the help guys!

I was curious if there is a tutorial on how to remove the hatchback tail lights including the third brake light?

on the inside there's a little flap on ether side that has to be popped out. then there are two black wing nut looking things. they dont look like anything i have seen before but if you twist them anti clockwise they unscrew and your lights come out.then its just a matter of disconnecting the harness.the blackthings are on fairly tight so you cant twist them off by hand but once they break loose they unscrew easily enough.

ill try and remember to snap a pic of them tomorrow,

i should also add that this was my first time doing this, so if your on the edge about wanting to do it just go for it. follow the video posted and you wont have an issue. key is light coats as you can always add more. too much and you get runs.
i had very small runs on one, lucky it was in my clear so they sanded out.
also once you start dont stop even if your worried because you see crap in it,just keep going until your done, the final wetsand at the end gets rid of everything.

Nice pictures, quoted it from the silver car thread. Looks like you have a nice shop to work on it, then when duty calls, you're already at work!
