Anyone tried these fog lights?

http://www.carid.com/2013-ford-focus...-17778336.html

Sorry if this has already been answered but I feel like I have researched this topic like crazy with no good answer. And I just really want fog lights haha. So please can someone tell me if these work with the BCM properly? And how hard are they to install?

Idk I hope they are good because I ordered those 3 days ago. As far as install, use the mk3 DIY fog light install link, pretty good guide put together.

How did you pass the wire from the engine bay into the cabin?

Haven't installed them yet, just ordered them 3 days ago. Will Post up in the mods thread once I do them though.

Thanks. I am going to ask my Ford dealership tomorrow about fog lights while getting my Focus' first service. They probably won't have anything to offer but I guess there is a chance.

If your car wasn't equipped from the factory with fogs you don't have the correct BCM. Even if they wire them all up and install the factory switch it won't work.

Im not that knowledgable when it comes to electric or wiring, and don't take what I'm saying or asking as being rude or anything, I'm trying to learn as I am going to try and install fog light assembly in my se, but what about people who have put fogs in that don't have the correct BCM? People that have an S or people who have put them in themselves and put together the DIY for people like us to use?

These 2 links show install of fog lights for people who's car did not come equipped with fog lights and they got them to work. Im just curious, again not trying to be rude or anything just trying to learn.

Pretty simple to install. Wire to the battery and a switch. Use a relay and a fuse.

Push the button. Lights go on. Simple as that.

There is a pass through behind the glovebox.

This... these exact ones linked to has a decent installation/wiring instruction PDF there you can click on... I'm going to eventually order these and mount the switch to the upper left of the gear selector (DCT).
