Yeah, I am not sure how they always miss overspray...Taking a road trip tomorrow, and I am gonna be on DefCon 1 looking for deer...

When we got rear ended and then got it fixed, my wife said, "Its been tainted!"

I think Black might actually be less work lol!

So you hit the accelerator and ran his over, right?

I've got those ultrasonic animal alert horns mounted upside down under the front lip on mine. I only drove mine during November while I was home, but I live in "Deer Central" in MI so I'm pretty paranoid about the skittery little bleepers. It doesn't help any that as a "non hunter", the only two deer I've ever bagged have both been with new (less than six months old) cars. It's enough to make you wish you had dual mini guns mounted on your hood (like Jason Statham in Death Race)!

Actually, I stopped, rolled down the window, and yelled, "I'll * kill you."

She ran away.

Very nice. Reminds me of my ancestral home in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky, and of my road trip in my Blue Candy hatch to the Canadian Rockies last fall.

Yeah. I'd really just love a new car at this point, with this much paintwork having been done.

The dogleg between the door and rear wheel is off-color, too, and that's been bothering the HELL out of me. So, if they paint the jamb, I'm going to have them re-blend the dogleg.

I've been stewing on this all day, trying to tell myself to let it go, but I can't.

Contact your insurance company. At this point they have paid for a lot of work, so they probably wont total it, BUT perhaps they might have another solution to trade it for a different car?
