DCT shudder

I have a '12 that has been great. I do get very minor shudder when taking off from a stop...usually on hotter days. I am planning on trying to get my clutches and trans seal replaced under the extended warranty. Is there anything I should do or certain words I should say when i take it in to ensure that they will replace the clutch pack and not just try to try to reflash the trans with updated software? The shudder isnt so bad that its annoying or I cant live with it, but why not get it fixed because its not 100% correct and still under the extended warranty...and a well documented issue.

In the exact same boat. I had the dealer check mine when I took it in for an oil change last week and they said my clutches need to be replaced but that parts aren't in yet. Waiting for them to let me know when they arrive.
