Needing Passenger front car door for 2008 Focus

Well... When I was at my boyfriend's house, his mom had a little incident involving her 4-wheeler being driven into my car door. Needless to say, its got a dent in the door and in the fender on the front passenger side. I am taking it to a body shop to be repaired soon and the dent isn't so bad that it can't be pulled out and repaired that way and repainted (luckily since I've had to drive around with the dent in it). I was just curious if it was possible for the body shop guy to just buy another car door and paint it and replace the whole thing? Would it be cheaper? I've looked at online sites that should have parts for my car, but I haven't been able to find any doors. I've found door parts and pieces, but no entire doors. And i've also been able to find the fenders. So is there somewhere I'm not looking? Or are they not available unless you order it and have it fixed through Ford? And does anyone have a price? I know its not cheap because the doors are full of motors, etc for auto locking and windows.

Unless the door is completely ruined, it will be cheaper to have it repaired. Same goes for the fender.

Yeah, its no where near being destroyed. I was just curious as to what would make it cheaper for my mom in law's insurance so her insurance wouldn't go up to bad from this. So I suppose I will be getting it repaired then! Thanks! If anyone else has any other suggestions, I would be grateful for them as well.
