another exhaust thread.

So I just picked up my SVTF last week.. I left a deposit on it at the beginning of the month so Ive been looking and searching for a while. I am finally getting ready to buy an exhaust and was curious on what you all think...Basically, my car already has a 'custom exhaust' that I absolutely hate. They took out the 2 mufflers and installed glass packs... and the lunch box is still on. Its loud, obnoxious, and rattles everything (might also be that passenger side motor mount in the searching Ive done).

Anyways, The car is my daily and northern va police are nazi's when it comes to aftermarket exhausts.. basically anything that looks aftermarket gets cited (that leaves out the ones with the huge canisters). Basically Ive narrowed it down to 3 exhausts which are FSWerks stealth, Magnaflow, and this sites magnaflow exhaust.. so that brings in my question.. How is that random sites exhausts? I did search and only found a few people talking about it and no real reviews. I am leaning towards it because of the price since its 1/2 of what the actual magnaflow exhaust is.

any reviews/opinions are welcome!

The price is lowest from Mandrelbent, but the fit is the worse. I haven't had their whole system, unlike the other two you picked, but I did buy a flex from them and it fit baddly enough to put torque on the rest of the system that broke my exhaust braket and made it almost impossible to center the pipe at the rear bumper.

FSW fits the best and I like the stealth's sound.

Thanks for the info. After more research I realized that the cheaper exhaust was actually 'trubendz' which I was actually able to find threads about. Long story short, Ive sent them a few emails (1 last week and one thursday) along with 2 calls (left one vm as well) and never heard back. That was enough to turn me off of that company.

Ive decided that I am just going to buy a magnaflow muffler and have a local shop weld it in on my current 'custom' exhaust in place of one of the glass packs.
