Here's my Di-Noc'd trim.

The vent surround in the center stack was the biggest PITA. Especially those little openings for the roller-adjusters.
Took about 3 hours all told including disassembly and reassembly

Goodluck here man. Its only gotten up to the high 80's here in texas so far and some of mine started to come loose on my door pieces.

You can try that also but it still comes down to vinyl is not going to deal well with the high temps in there.

I was also thinking of putting an engine enamel clear coat over it but that might be going too far.

It won't work in the engine bay. Especially where there's high heat.

I was researching this stuff and someone tried to use it on a turbo heatshield and well...as Jeremy Clarkson says "that's not gone well"

wow a turbo heat shield seems like a big no no. I've only heard of it going on plastics which usually don't get put it the hottest spots.
