actually i think it will cover it for you. if you look at my laptop it actually had a recede where the name of the computer was but if you simply lay the wrap over it there without pushing it down it stays straight and doesnt dip into the dent(=

^I second that. Wish I could do my Kona side moulding with the bike tread design.

The vinyl will heat up in the sun and then sag into the dent. Happened on the roof of my old car, looked like doodoo. You could fill the dents with bondo til they're flush and then wrap the hood, that should do the trick.

Figured that was a possibility too. Didn't mention filling dents flush with bondo cuz didn't know if he planned to keep vinyl on permanently. If not he'd have to have it painted lol.

True. When they wrapped the roof of my old car, tho, they used a sealant to keep the edges from peeling up. It's pretty much permanent. Looked fantastic tho, I never wanted to take it off!

After the warranty is up on my 2012, I'm gonna buy a whole roll of this stuff and go crazy, I frickin love It!

you could use silicon sealant to fill the dents flush and after it dries wrap it. This would make the sealant removeable if you ever took the di noc off and leave no damage.
