Lucky you, to even have that option.

That's what I can't stand - ecofascists that don't give people a choice.

I agree! If they want to make cars designed to run on ethanol, then by all means do so - but don't subject the rest of us to getting worse gas mileage and damage to our boats/ATVs/snow blowers/lawn mowers/etc.!

I get supply and demand and I get when government steps in to stop us from going overboard... but ethanol-mandated gas really just don't make much sense.

Excellent points. But why would our government be worried about repairing this equipment? Their equipment is is replaced;)

The car should run a bit better on the premium if that makes you feel any better about it. Unfortunately its not a choice I have here, I can't find any gas station, aside from marinas, that has ethanol free gas regardless of the grade.

Rode about 40 miles with my Focus displaying the gas light on the cluster to get the most out of my fill up. Was running Chevron 87 as of last night I am running Chevron 92 octane, no noticeable power increase as I expected but it does Idle smoother for sure. The first 2000 miles I had the car I used the 87 octane on post (Fort Lewis) and there is definitely a difference in engine noise and smoothness at idle between that fuel and Chevron in general. Will never use that fuel again lol

It's an update to the 2013 Job 2 vehicles.

If you tell your dealer that your instrument cluster screen is intermittently not working and/or malfunctioning all the time, there is a TSB that updates the cluster and gives you the four-way screen.
