turn signal flasher swap

This is my first post. I 've searched the forum but couldn't find what I need.

I really like the sound of the turn signal flasher in the 2004 Focus. I'm hard of hearing and I can pick up that particular sound very well. Much better than any other flasher.

Does anybody have the wiring diagram showing the specifics of the turn indicators/ hazard flasher? My plan is to see if I can use the Focus flasher in a Subaru Forester.

More info: the Subaru flasher circuit diagram shows a combo turn signal and hazard module with 3 pins. It looks like pin #1=12V source, #2=ground, and #3=signal lamps.

Can any confirm if the Focus module is similar? Thanks.

Ive got a Focus wiring manual. Im on my way out the door to work, I will see if I can trace out the flasher, probley be tomorrow before I can get to it.
