Has anyone painted front grill / fascia black?
I'm not a big fan of the tusk-like lines of the Mk3 front bumper that separate the three grills, and I hate the sea bass grille on the ST. Has anyone tried painting the center part of the front bumper / grill black (sort of like what you would see on a Mk5 GTI)?
I thought that breaking up the outline a bit might make me more open to getting a Mk3 Focus some day. |

Oops, I think I found the answer to my own question (I guess I didn't quite Google it right the first time). Here is the Roush concept, and I think it looks pretty cool:

Lots have copied the Roush look, usually with plastidip.

keep in mind that roush pieces have mesh inserts instead of slats and the finish is gloss, which would have to be done on top of the matte finish of plastidip
looks great. Check out new user pics, you can find some: http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/s...e+Guide&page=9 http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/s...285933&page=37 http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/s...285933&page=75 |
