Thanks. Looks like this should make it easier for dealers (of all abilities) to address the complaints.

Thank you for the update, btolenti. Let me know if you need me.

It quit pulling in the middle of an intersection with traffic whizzing by at 55 MPH. I'm really getting fustrated with it. They supposedly "fixed" it. It seems like it worse now that what it was. The worst part is its got less than 13,000 miles on it.
Hey '13Focus91,

I'd like to loop in your regional customer service manager, who'll work with you and your dealer to come to a resolution. Please send me a PM with your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, and preferred servicing dealership.

Todd

I'm at 21000km and so far no issue with the DCT but is that service recall available to everyone who has a DCT? I have a 2013 Focus Ti HB

That's a "TSB" (Technical Service Bulletin) not a recall or any other type of service program.

TSB's give info. on how to diagnose/repair issues that may be seen by Dealers, from how to reattach loose emblems to possible major repairs. Specific repair info. as opposed to a Service Manual that covers the whole car in general terms.

This one gives diagnosis & repair procedures for a "shudder" complaint. IIRC ranging from software & testing to seal & clutch replacement depending on data from testing.

Not a recall or update, just std. testing & repair for a particular problem.

Just had TSB 14-0047 performed on my car. The shifts are smoother so far. I have noticed clutch chatter at low speed/rpms while in reverse and first gear.

I think they only updated the PCM/TCM in my vehicle.
