Who knows but hopefully it will. Cool that you actually got some facetime with someone. On behalf of myself (and I'd like to think others on here) thanks for taking the time and taking advantage of the opportunity to address our concerns.

Good job!!! We can only hope this helps with a ver4 MFT update. C'mon Ford.

Thanks, that's good to know. Now if I can find a way to lock them up (usb ports) or disable them so I won't get forced into this upgrade by some tech who was just "doing his job" during some other warranty work and wiped out my good MFT2 system. I will make sure they don't, believe me.

Good luck with your system holding up!
Thanks ... funny how the wife got lucky with her MFT. Good luck to yours as well.

Let me take a guess or draw up an assumption for people who like MFT3 better then MFT2 ...

1) You voted DEMOCRAT.
2) You voted for OBAMA.
3) You support and encourage the loss of civil liberties & constitutional rights.

And for the rest of us on the other side of the fence ... well you know, Republican is the word and you know what we stand for.

I apologize ahead of time for any offense taken by my analogy ...don't get upset it's just an opinion.

And for anyone who found this to be funny as hell then ... lol

Peace

Why don't we keep comments like that out of the forum.

It's quite nice... the Edge has a similar setup. Personally, as much as I like screens like nothing else, I do like having a dedicated tachometer with the manual transmission. Hopefully none of the electronics on the electric Focus are related in any way to MFT.

What with all the problems we've had with MFT and its software being based on MS's Windows Automotive it's beginning to look like they should have called it "Vista for Vehicles" instead!

Just so you know the previous Gen system that is still in the Mustang also runs on MS's Windows Automotive without all these issues. It's not Microsoft fault.

I'm a Republican (but not happy with either party at the moment) and like MFT3 better than MFT2. It still has problems though. You just killed the point you were trying to make taking a shot at a Republican. You could have just let the stupid post speak for itself instead of label an entire group. Typical Lib!

Would that be the same system that's in the current F150 Lariat?

I believe the F150 uses the same system as the Mustang. I had that system in my 2010 GT500 and 2010 SHO and for the most part it was rock solid with the same devices I use on my current MFT system.
