I wonder what the difference is between 11A02 and 11A03

Thats what mine shows.. However when I went to syncmyride.com regarding the update, it asked if I had Nav or not and when I clicked that I did it directed me to call Ford. I explained to the lady that answered that I was concerned I would not be on the mailing list to receive this update since I just took delivery of the vehicle a week ago (that was 3 weeks ago). She confirmed my shipping address and told me it make take several weeks before I get it. Unless I misunderstood something I was led to believe it would be in the mail. I keep checking everyday but so far nothing.

So this 11A02 definitely means were not getting it in the mail?

1. FSA 11A03 - Retail customers eligible for self-installation (with and without navigation)
- These customers will receive a USB drive, an SD card (if vehicle equipped with navigation),

will use their seed stock of SD cards for navigation-equipped units.

I screwed up, after downloading the new Sync and installing it I accidentally erased it before uploading the completion log. I put in the flash drive that I got in the mail later, and it said no update required. I then tried that one but it says its missing the log since it's not the one I actually used for the update. Anyone wanna host a copy of their flash drive for me or something?

Agree - for all the (new) quirks, the Nav is light years better than before. For those of us with that option, v3.0 is a must-upgrade in my opinion.

So now I'm an early explorer and or a Corporate Fleet customer? WTF!.

I just had my vehicle in for service last week for the Steering TSB. Wonder why they wouldn't have seen that flagged. I think I'll call the Ford Customer Care back and see if they can explain..

Who knows what's going on inside the company. With Ford, it seems you need to consult your horoscope now and then and get your vehicle serviced on a "lucky" day.

You can call Ford and report a successful installation.

OK, Now I'm really confused.
My Code is 11A02. But I am not an "early Explorer" or a "Fleet" customer. (My vehicle summary at the Etis site says "less Fleet").
Why do I have this code???? GRRRR!
