Na man i totally forgot about this. I can do a how to but its really easy to do. Buy leds, trace the outer diameter on the back of the light and use a dremel to cut it out. once cut put led in hole and make sure its straight then use super glue or the cement type stuff to hold it on there. mine have been working flawlessly and havent noticed any leds out .

I used jb weld to hold the lights onto the tail lights. so far its held up and havent had any leaks or anything so its good stuff.

Did you put in a resistor so it doesnt hyperflash?

You can just google truck led tail lights and im sure there will be tons of websites that sell the same type of lights. heres a site http://www.superbrightleds.com/cat/truck-round-lamps/. I put resistors on my turn signals since they are leds to let them blink regularly. i wanted the tail lights to blink with blinkers but couldnt figure it out.
