Do be aware that you will not pass emissions testing with that header, as it doesn't have the manicat that the factory manifold does. This also means you will get a constant CEL without a tune. Lastly OBX isn't exactly considered a quality brand.

Don't worry about the emissions test, we are a plug in/OBDII scan/test only state! In the 8 years I have lived here, not once has the tech opened the hood or done any sort of visual inspection!

Since the aftermarket header has no place to plug in the second O2 sensor, it will trigger a CEL, which means he will not pass a OBDII scan without a tune to turn the sensor off.

I do not need to worry about Smog, my car is registered in NYE county, no smog needed.

there is another Header that cheaper this one looks like it has 2 or 3 O2 Sensors

Says who? You? Their header is not bad at all, infact I LOVE mine and I'm sure others would tell you the same. Mine was bought used and I have ran it for a year now unwrapped and it has been better than perfect.

But whats the deal with the OBX headers O2 ? is it just one?
I have 3 on my car.

the LA Motors one looks like 3 O2s

And out of the 3 O2s what ones would I not use if I used just one or 2 ?

Just use the first one. The other 2 are just to see if the cat is working(the header will eliminate the cat). You can get the other 2 programmed out with your tune.

Since the LA Motors one has 3 spots can I assume it takes all 3 ?

is the brace on the mid area of the OBX a must?

You could use the 2nd one for your wideband O2 sensor which you will need to do a remote tune and just plug the third. I had a 2nd one welded into my exhaust for my wideband.
