I installed my CFM STS a few months ago and must say this made it super easy. Thanks!

One thing I suggest though. Instead of using a screwdriver to remove the shift boot from the console, if you remove the trim piece (the one where the switches are attached) first, you can just use your finger to push on the notch on the back that holds it in place.
