Random picture I played around with last night

wow that is a nice looking box! i looks like it's a perfect fit in that little space. i wanted one of those made, maybe for a bigger 12" or 15" but they are hard to make. how long did it take to make that puppy?

i need to make a box like that for each side... but with a notch for my rear strut bar.. hmmm...

Thanks. It took me about 6-8 hours over two days, but there were some breaks in between so it may have been less. One reason it took so long was because I more or less built it twice. First time was to cut everything to the right size and than the second time was to fine tune it and properly seal it

The problem with the other side is the fuel tank filler; it takes up a lot of space on that side. I would have preferred to put this box on that side but more of the volume would have needed to stick out into the floor space.

very nice! yes one on both sides would be awesome but too bad about the fuel filler. you plan on carpeting it correct?

No, I can't stand carpet anymore. I can't keep it clean.

My plan is to leather/vinyl wrap it. It will take some work before that happens but that's the plan right now.

Do you remember the dimensions of what you cut? And is it secured anywhere?

No, I didn't keep track of any dimensions. If it wasn't all siliconed together, I'd give you some but I can measure parts of it if you want.

As for securing, I have it wrapped with a strap right now. It looks very rice but I didn't have time to figure out how to secure it properly.

If you could at least give me the depth and the dimensions of the face of the box, that would be awesome.. Might fiberglass the back of it.
