Man, I never asked. How fun is that thing on snow? Not icy roads, but I'm sure you have "hit the slopes"in it

I have never seen an interior done like that.
You must get a lot of interior noises coming from all that stuff inside those compartments.

Haha. How many times have you gotten to an important interview or funeral and remembered that you forgot to shave. lol

No, it would be way to hard to clean. With it like this, all I need to do is a quick vacuum and wipe it down with a wet cloth. It takes ten minutes to clean it all up, and let me tell you that it get very dirty in the summer.

It all depends on the tires. lol

Yesterday I had the all seasons and they were downright scary in snow and slush we had. Today I am back to the snow tires and this thing is great in the snow again. I have yet to get stuck this year and the car pulls through anything I throw at it. Furthermore, with handling this good on a paved road, it only gets better on snow. As long as you aren't too far beyond the grip level, it's a piece of cake to regain control of this car when it starts going sideways. It's a very save and fun car to drive in the winter.

Yes and no, I don't actually get any rattles from what I carry but more from the build itself. However, it's not nearly as bad as I was afraid it would be and is mostly when the car is cold. once the inside warms up, the inside is quit again.

Ironically, the worst rattles I have right now are from the passenger side B pillar and the hatch which I haven't even touched. One of these days, I need to get in there and see what I can find.

Your car is like the swiss army knife of Focuses! I like what you are doing. It is unique. I feel like all you need is a tiny mattress so you can live in it.

Within the next year, I plan on getting a hatch tent, does that count? Who needs to use hotels when I got my Focus; all I'm missing is a refrigerator. lol

I have that about doing that! Ihave always wanted to travel around the country with my car and sleep in it. Once I move out I will take the back seats out of my car and lay down some sort of thin wood flooring. I thought it would look cool and be like a mini enclosed truck. lol
