K & N filter for 2012 Titanium

What's the guess on HP and MPG gain with a K and N air filter( E-2993)?

Hey,
No idea what to expect for a 2012 Focus.
This is the Forum for the older Zetec equipped Focus.
You will have better luck in the current gen threads.

I immediately stuck the K&N bought off Amazon onto my 2012 and it seemed to help off the line (manual transmission)
The gains are going to be small.
I have the fantasy i also get slightly better MPG.

Little to none. I have been using K&N filters for over 20 years and have never realized a measurable improvement in either power or economy.

I use them because it's a one time purchase and can be cleaned after that.

Negligible. I agree with Dgc333.

Oil filter part # is HP-1002
