Not that I can remember, but you could do it. I think it would look good, do you have black headlights or are they chrome too?

headlights are still chrome, i was just wondering if its been done so i could get an idea as to what it would look like, and im debating on whether or not to do the badge as well

hmmm, well there is a set of chrome headlights that are being "tested" with plastidip so there is that to look forward to. As for what it would look like I think it would look good, black on gray isn't a bad combo IMO

Went to redo my rims today, this time with multiple coats for a better finish and hopefully ordering and adding the gloss, so I went to rip off all the dip from the previous application as some was peeling off and for lack of better words to get the plastidip off the 15 spoke rims was a bitch. Only was able to get one done today. I ran out of sunlight. Hoping to finish tomorrow. Any advice as to how to get it off a little easier? I suppose the original one coat was too thin to just peel off gracefully.

that's exactly why. the thicker it is the easier because if it is thick enough it comes off in one or two pieces.

I want to try painting scallops on my car and wanted to ask what kinda of tape to use? Masking or a special line type of tape?
The car is new and I wanted to wax it but would this cause a problem with the plasti dip ?

i wouldnt wax it prior it could cause adhesion problems. As for tape go to autozone or anywhere with automotie and get automotive painter tape. it will give you crisp lines. the trick to painting lines with plastidip is paint a coat remove tape, let dry, then re tape and continue till desired look is achieved. if you let it dry and then remove the tape it will peel the plastidip
