Actually I tried this.... I used that and i also used extra strength heavy duty goo gone... Still was a PITA lol

But, it does work better than rubbing your fingerprints off trying to make little sticky balls.

I doubt it. I used brush-on acrylic paint when I did my wheels. It worked fine and came off easily. No evidence of the dip or paint anywhere. Some brake dust though...

i want to paint gold over my dip but it might not look good with my stock 6spokes. i'll try it out to switch it up though.

Mask off your non-dipped areas and you'll be cool. If you don't like it, you pull it off and all is good. For about two hours I had 3 different colored wheels to test concepts...

yeah, i need to mask the tires off. when i dipped my wheels i sprayed all the tires and they are a HUGE pita to peel off.
