That means it was on thin. The thicker it is the easier it is to peel. its a major pita to take off like your saying now. it took me hours trying to get it off my wheels then finally i said screw it and just painted them plastidip again super thick so it leveled out

Well since I haven't been able to buy any yet, I'm no expert. But from experience with other things I'll throw this out and you can try it and let others know if it works.

Try putting packing tape over the plastidip, if it can get a decent bond to it, it should pull it right off in long strips.

I redipped my front Kaminari Lip. I raise and lower it depending on what wheels I'm using. with my 15's I raise it 2". I put my 17's on and went down 2". I posted before, but I redid the wheels and pinstriped them too. I've since added some red Ford vinyl emblem to the center cap to match the pinstripe.

Note to self; when doing a large area, say a roof, be sure to apply multiple thick coats so when you go to take it off, it will peel easily. Not half easy and the rest a pain cuz it was too thin. That is all.

Yes this is very true! I had a hell of a time with certain areas, but got a few giant chunks too, my daughter had fun peeling it off.

Haha, how cute & helpful!

You've got yourself a wonderful daughter there!

If you couldn't get all of it off, use a gel type wax like turtle wax.
